From The Principal
Today, eight of our Year 6 students—Ryker, Harrison, Bobby, Nicholas, Oliver, Maddie, Evie, Willa, and Milla—competed in the exciting Maths Cup, joining 42 schools from across Sydney in this thrilling competition. Our three teams took on engaging activities: Maths Choice, Maths Race, and Maths Operator, each designed to challenge and sharpen their mathematical skills. Visiting three qualifying stations with different challenges, they worked hard to solve problems and endeavoured to collect as many points as possible. This was a wonderful opportunity for our HPGE students to challenge themselves, collaborate with peers, and celebrate their love of maths!
A huge thanks to Ms Anderson and Ms Wieden for guiding and encouraging our students throughout the event!
