P&C MEETING

Thank you to everyone who attended Monday's P&C Meeting this week.  Once again, it was a highly productive meeting and I am very appreciative of those of you who can attend and contribute to our wonderful school.  The Minutes for this meeting will be published on the GRPS website by the end of term for anyone who wants to catch up.

Save the Dates - Term 3 P&C Events 

Athletics BBQ

We have the annual Athletics Carnival BBQ at Trumper Park coming up early next term on Thursday 24 July.  The P&C and parent volunteers run this BBQ.

It is a fundraising event for the P&C and we are looking at raising money to put towards improving our school grounds. 

The P&C would greatly appreciate as much support and involvement from our parent community, and encourage you to please get involved in any way you can.  Class Ambassador's will be in touch to confirm opportunities for you to support us with the preparation and on the day. 

Also, a link will be sent out before the end of term allowing you to preorder your child's lunch - this will include sausage sizzle, fruit and some yummy treats!   Please be advised that Lunchbots lunch orders won't be available on the day of the Athletics Carnival.  

We have lots planned for Term 3 and can't wait to share the fun!  Have a fabulous break everyone.

The GRPS P&C Movie Night is Back!
Save the Date:  Saturday, 20 September
Join us for an unforgettable afternoon and evening under the stars.  Gates open at 3pm for an afternoon of fun, food, and fundraising.  There’ll be pre-show entertainment for the kids, delicious food options, and all funds raised will go directly towards reinvigorating our school ground play equipment.
